Kerensa Stephens neurodivergent life coach

Supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical adults in How to Be Uniquely You

Meet Kerensa

I'm an educator with over 25 years of experience, a late-diagnosed autistic woman and a mum to two neurodivergent adults.

I’ve had my own ups and downs in life but they’ve made me the strong and truly happy person I am today.

I live on a beautiful houseboat in Brighton, spending time with the people I love and doing the things that light me up.

I’m passionate about giving people practical strategies on how to overcome the challenges they face and how to find balance and peace when they need it.

To help them interact effectively with the world whilst still being their authentic selves.

To give them clarity as to what they want in life and the tools so they’re able to achieve it.

Throughout my career, I’ve taught in a range of areas such as English, art, psychology, well-being, neuroscience and neurodiversity.

From working in schools and private tutoring to teaching in a women’s prison, I’ve supported many diverse and amazing people in moving forward and understanding themselves better - and now, I want to help you do the same.

Getting in Contact

My own amazing neurodivergent brain doesn’t do well with unexpected phone calls — and I know many of you will relate!

Please message or email me first, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
